Collaboration for Modern Creative

Zig is a collaboration and tasks management platform designed for delivering crreative experiences. Multiple projects, flexible teams, and seamless collaboration.

One of the most important elements for realistic archviz is populating the scene with realistic models. From furniture to decor to plants and trees, the elements in the scene make the scene.

Here are some great resources that you can use on your next archviz project.

1. Unreal Marketplace

If you are interested in Unreal Engine or Unreal Studio then the Unreal Marketplace is a great resource. From furnishings to hardware to everything in between, the marketplace has everything you need. The models are professional, and pretty reasonably priced, too.

2. Podium

Podium has a ton of models for use in your SketchUp renders. No matter what you need for your 3D scene you can find it here.

3. Design Connected

Design Connected offers lots of high quality models including furniture, lighting, decor and fixtures. Everything they have is exceptional, both in terms of the quality of the design, and the quality of the models.

4. CCO Archviz

CCO Archviz doesn’t have the huge number of 3D models offered by some other sites, but the advantage is that everything they have is free. If you’re looking to learn, and use some good models along the way, CCO Archviz is a great resource.

4. Dimensiva

Dimensica has a large collection of super high quality models for 3DS Max and, usually, an FBX file. Models are usually set up to work with VRay and Corona. Everything on the site looks very well executed, and the furniture, accessories and decor items are all high-end designer pieces sure to bring out the best in any space.

Lots of potential for flexible teams and contractors. It allows you to leverage your network in production in a useful way.
