Google Launches Zync 2.0
Google Cloud has launched Zync render 2.0, adding new features to its simple cloud rendering service.
If you’re looking for an easy and reliable rendering service Zync remains worth a try. Pricing is simple and relatively cheap, and certainly more convenient than setting up and maintaining your own render boxes for small shops (believe us, we’ve tried).
The update lets you render on more cores, and adds GPU rendering options.
Zync supports Arnold, RenderMan, and VRay for Maya, Arnold and internal Mantra for Houdini. For Cinema 4D you can render in Arnold, internal renderers or VRay, and Arnold and VRay are supported for 3DS Max as well.
Give it a try and let us know what you think. It’s cheap enough to test – we’ll certainly do it!
