Jakob Wagner has released a new 2D physics engine for After Effects.
The first product from Crunchy Creatives, Physicsnow! operates using After Effects regular layers. Tag a layer as static or dynamic, and layers will animate according to physics.
Rigid simulations can be calculated from regular shapes as well as image layers.
The toolset is tailor made for motion graphics artists, with adjustable gravity, damping and time scale.
Physicsnow! is listed for $129, but if you hurry you can get it at a discount.
